Widespread Causes Of Infertility

Infertility is known as not being able to get pregnant and/or repeated failed pregnancies, such as miscarriages or ectopic pregnancies. One person in a relationship accounts for 60% of all infertility cases. 20% comes from both the male and female in the relationship being infertile. The other 20% of infertility cases are from unknown origins. Treatment for infertility can be very effective, if the diagnosis of the initial condition is right. This piece will show you some of the common causes of infertility in both genders, but mostly in women.

The number one thing that has to be done is to properly identify what the cause of the infertility is. Without a definite cause, the treament may not be effective, and it may even cause more damage. That is why a lot of time should be spent on finding out the exact cause of infertility, which can be more than one thing at a time. Treatment for certain causes isn’t very significant so finding the exact cause of the infertility can save time and money in the future by undergoing the proper treatment. The following list is a number of the most widespread causes to infertility in females.

Common Causes In Women:

1. Anovulation, or failure to ovulate
2. Hormone imbalance, causing immature eggs

This is not an exhaustive list of the causes of infertility in women. For an exhaustive list, read the Pregnancy Miracle eBook. However, the list does contain the most common causes. Most of the problems listed are gender specific, but they almost can all translate to men using the male counterparts. For instance, damage to the testicles can cause infertility in men. Also, men can have hormonal problems tha can cause infertility. Even wearing underwear that is too tight or exposing testicles to high heat can cause infertile symptoms. Of course, drug use can have the same effect on men as it does in women as well. While most emphasis is placed on women when it comes to infertility, men have a significant risk as well.

The great thing about many of the causes on infertility is that they can be reversed. For instance, somebody can stop using drugs and will probably recover from their infertility. The earlier that the situation is caught, the better chance the individual has in overcoming the infertile situation. The best way to overcome the condition is holistically. That means take the prescribed medication, exercise consistently, eat healthy, and avoid legal and illegal drugs. You can also take part in therapies, such as stress management and acupuncture. To get rid of infertility, the holistic approac is the best method, due to attacking the root cause of the infertile symptoms.
